Our client is seeking Early Customer Account Representatives in Wilmington. DE.

Earn $14.00 per hour at these full-time, temporary positions. Work 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

Candidate will be using an Auto-Dialer for this position Make outbound and receive inbound calls on accounts that are 5 - 29 days past due Assist customers with bringing their accounts current (approximately 200+ phone calls daily) Identify root cause of customer delinquency and generate effective solutions for our client company and the customer Conduct minimal skip tracing necessary to prepare account for next level of collections Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives) Become a productive member of the department (meet quantitative objectives) Maintain enthusiastic and positive attitude

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required Must be able to type at a minimum of 65 wpm (words per minute) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive phone voice and someone who articulates well Ability to multi-task (ability to type and talk simultaneously is a must) Strong attention-to-detail and analytical thinking skills Customer Service oriented Seeking candidates who are self-starters and eager to learn Seeking candidates who are team friendly and able to make a long-term commitment Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus, but not required Must be able to work in a call center environment Must be able to pass a criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors) Must be able to pass a credit check (no bankruptcies, no repossessions, no charge offs and no judgments) and the only collection items that the client company will overlook are medical or student loans
