Our client is seeking a Cash Application Analyst in Philadelphia, PA.

Earn $18.00 per hour at this full-time, temporary position.  Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

This position will correctly execute the tasks and procedures related to the input of premium cash payments into the Receivable Cash (RC) systemEnsure that client account numbers and dollars are entered correctlyPerform required cross-checks to ensure quality and integrity of data enteredMaintain the required throughput and accuracy to maintain minimum goals and standardsUtilize various system interfaces to research payments received in-house or presented via bank imaging toolsUsing established procedures, properly identify the client submitting the payment and verify the dollar amounts being paidComplete the required batch paperwork and prepare the needed adding machine tapesUnderstand the time constraints and deadlines associated with payment research and application and ensure that all daily goals are metProvide suggestions related to process improvement as appropriate

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years working within a cash, billing, finance or operations departmentsSome college coursework preferredFinance background with data entry skills that focus on accuracy and throughputMust be able to function in a quick-paced environment where emphasis is placed on accuracy and throughputStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
