Job Role:
Works collaboratively to develop and maintain ongoing relationship/partnership with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third party vendors to deliver candidates for our client's hiring needs. Assists management team to implement sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble diverse pipeline of talent for open positions. Responds to inquiries pertaining to Staffing or business related policy and process application. Works under minimal supervision. Performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution within a single human resource function and/or CoSA. Participates in the development and implementation of business solutions as a team resource.
Job Duties:
Provides support on medium to large Talent Delivery initiatives
Identifies and build community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with organization's hiring/program objectives
Performs full life-cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods
Complies and guides hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance within external and internal regulatory agencies
Documents and adheres to Data Management Techniques for assigned requisitions to meet hiring requirements with minimal direction
Participates in recruitment events in support of military, diversity and college hiring requirements
Serves as team member on staffing projects and initiatives impacting enterprise-wide Talent Delivery strategies
Participates in process efficiency and improvement for the Talent Delivery process
Acquires and applies maturing knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure
Resolves issues and identifies appropriate issues for escalation
Performs other duties as assigned by management

4 years progressive work experience in high volume recruiting
2+ years Financial Services experience
