Job Description:
Their responsibility is for filing and re-filing mortgage files. The candidate will be working from excel spreadsheets called the pick list. They will also be responsible for other clerical duties, such as copying and the utilization of computers and databases. Performs the most complex multi-format data entry function and acts as a lead operator for the area. Receives complex transactions and checks for accuracy and completeness, and then initiates corrections that may involve customer/vendor contact. Different shifts available.
Qualifications:
2 yrs data entry experience, some accounting experience preferred
60-70 wpm typing speed
Excellent data entry skills (See data entry operator description)
Ability to recognize relationships in solving complex work problems
High school diploma or equivalent
