Primary Responsibilities:
Input checks into our case management system
Open the mail and scan it to the appropriate case
Add a notification for the analysts to review their new mail
Forward the live checks to our check processing team
Take incoming calls and forward them
Monitor receipt of faxes
Post information to subrogation system
Sort and fold outgoing mail
File Maintenance/Archiving
Other Administrative duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Basic skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
1+ year previous operations support role, secretarial, reception, or office administrative assistance experience required OR Associate/Bachelorâs Degree
Assets:
MS Access experience preferred
1+ year call center or telephonic customer service experience preferred
Previous experience within the healthcare industry preferred
Previous claims experience preferred
Previous data entry experience preferred
