Job Description: Our client, a company located in central San Diego, California (CA), is seeking an AP Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Code and enter A/P invoices from vendors in SAP
Obtain authorization and process invoices for payment
Review and process expenses within Concur
Prepare month-end accruals
Analyze and reconcile accounts by researching and identifying errors in posting and omissions in completing individual transactions
Research and resolve internal and external supplier and customer inquiries concerning account status
Resolve vendor account discrepancies
Assist with audits by compiling information and reports for examiners
Review information collected in response to auditors' requests for data
