If you are a Staff Engineer with refrigeration systems design experience, please read on!

We are a global manufacturing company and we are considered THE leader in the development of the most technologically advanced refrigeration products. Due to growth we are looking for a staff level engineer to join our team-you will have the opportunity to design/analyze/test new refrigeration systems as well as develop and evaluate new compressors, heat exchangers, refrigeration controls and refrigerants.

What you need for this position:

- BS in Engineering
- 5+ years of development in the area of refrigeration systems
- Commercial refrigeration products experience a plus

What you'll be doing:

- Develop new refrigeration systems
- Mentor junior engineers/staff to ensure design is optimized
- Explore alternate refrigerants, refrigeration cycles, and advanced heat transfer and material technologies for the next generation products
