If you are a Sr. Front-End Designer with extensive experience, please read on!

Headquartered in the Phoenix area, we are a thriving design agency that is truly ahead of the times! We are looking for an experienced Front-End designer who can come in and hit the ground running.

For an exceptional candidate, we are willing to offer a more than competitive base salary, 401k, and great benefits!

What you need for this position:

-Extensive experience designing user interface environments, digital assets and dynamic media advertisements.
-Must have experience using HTML and CSS-based design templates
-Must have extensive Photoshop/Illustrator skills
-Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
-Excellent communication skills
-Being able to actually build out these designs is a HUGE plus!

What you'll be doing:

-Understanding target audiences’ needs and other motivating factors and
translating them into concepts for compelling interactions and
experiences.
-Creating and maintaining screen wireframes, process flows, site maps,
navigation systems, screen prototypes, and conceptual models to
clarify and refine new product solutions
-Working closely with team members to implement the look and feel
of systems.
