Job Description:
Global manufacturing company with North American headquarters in Waltham is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This Analyst will ensure data is being imported directly from Hyperion Planning in Access.
Responsibilities May Include:
Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports
Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package
Coordinate financials questions/answers
Prepare annual financial information
Prepare quarterly operating reports
Create and update reports
Assist in the budget & reforecast process
Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies
Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years financial analysis experience, manufacturing experience preferred
Expert Excel skills required - v lookups, pivot tables, and ability to write macros
Strong Access and SQL skills required
Hyperion Planning preferred
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and with accuracy is critical
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
