Position Description:

Lead role may include review and verification of work of lower level employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
Moderate work experience within own function.
Some work is completed without established procedures.
Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years Customer service experience, including analyzing & solving customer problems OR experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
Basic proficiency with MS Word & Excel
Basic PC proficiency
Assets:
Healthcare experience
Knowledge medical terminology
Appeals & Grievances experience
Experience with Medicare
Associate's Degree or higher
