Kforce is seeking an Office Manager for a temporary, part-time assignment in Coral Springs, Florida (FL).
This person will be responsible for performing the following functions:
Responsibilities:
Performing all bookkeeping tasks including processing of a/p, a/r, and payroll
Screening all incoming phone calls, emails, and mail and routing to the appropriate person
Greeting visitors and assisting them as needed
Providing administrative services as requested
Monitoring and ordering office supplies
Coordinating and monitoring the calendars
Preparing financial reports
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of bookkeeping and administrative experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
MS Office experience
Strong communication and written skills
